UPDATING ARTIST LIST ON HOME PAGE

1. Visit /home > Click Edit >

2. Double click the Code Block to open the edit window (you can click the icon in the bottom right to expand the viewer)

3. Copy the code below and add it in the order you'd like it placed.

4. Replace URL, leaving the quotes in place, with the link you'd like the user to go to

5. Replace ARTIST with the artist name

UPDATING ARTISTS PAGE

1. Click Upload Image

2. Click on the Image Box & Select the photo you'd like to upload from your computer & Click open

3. Add the Artist Name in the Title box

4. Click 'Options' on the left-hand menu

5. Click 'Clickthrough URL' > Add the URL for the artist > Click Back

6. Click Status > Select Published > Click Back

7. Click Save

8. If you'd like to rearrange the order of Artists, drag and drop the Thumbnails to your desired order in the viewer on the left.

9. If you’d like to change the focal point of the image, move the circle that appears over the image to change the center point.

ADDING A NEW NEWS ITEM

• Select the News section from the left hand menu

• Click the ‘+’ sign to create a new post

• CONTENT

  • Enter Post Title

  • Hover on the text area and select the plus sign to select a content block to choose. Typically Text, Image or Video. There is already a text content block by default. There are many other options you can choose as well.

    • IMAGE

      • Click Add Image

      • If you want the image to link to somewhere, add in the Link. Click the gear icon and select ‘Open In New Window’

      • Add Image Alt Text for SEO & Accessibility purposes

      • Select the Design tab if you’d like to alter Size, Shape, Animation, Lightbox, etc.

    • VIDEO

      • Click Add Video > Add From Link (YouTube or Vimeo)

        • You can upload video, but you’re only allowed 30min. of storage

  • Input the text you’d like to include on the post below the inserted media

• OPTIONS (Optional)

  • Featured Image – Optional. The way we’re displaying News Items, the featured image isn’t visible.

  • Post URL – Optional. You can update this if you’d like something custom, but you can leave it as default as well

  • Source URL – Optional. This will show up below the post

  • Post Title should link to Source URL – This feature is deactivated

  • Excerpt – Optional. This is what will display when shared on socials, but it will take the top text field by default.

• SEO (Optional)

  • SEO Title – Optional. If you’d like a different title to display on Search Results

  • SEO Description – Optional. If you’d like a custom description in Search Results. It will use the post text by default.

• SOCIAL (Optional)

  • Alternate Social Sharing Image – Optional. If you have a custom image you’d like displayed when share on socials. By Default, it will either pull one from the post or display the website social share image.

• SHARE (Optional)

  • Use this section to share posts to Facebook Automatically

• Click Save & Publish, Or schedule to go up at a specific date & time.
